Access your pay statement
  • Sign in to UKG 
  • Myself > Pay > Pay History > select pay date

  • Sign in to UKG
  • Myself > Pay > U.S. Wage and Tax Statements > select tax year

For 2023 and prior: Access your Form W-2 through Dayforce. Click here for instructions.

  • Form W-4 (Federal & State)
    You can update your W-4 in UKG.  You can access it in one of two ways:
    • From a computer:
      • Myself > Pay > Income Tax
      • Select Add/Change Withholding Form (W-4) under Things I Can Do
    • From the UKG Mobile app:
      • Tap on the Menu icon
      • Select Pay > Taxes  
      • Tap View All under Withholding Forms, then tap Update
  • If you have trouble with the portal submission process, please download and complete the 2025 W-4 and submit it directly to [email protected].
