Access your pay statement
- Sign in to UKG
- Myself > Pay > Pay History > select pay date
Access your FORM w-2
For 2023 and prior access your Form W-2 through Dayforce (formerly Ceridian)
Payroll forms
- Update Your State/Federal Tax Forms in UKG
- Follow these instructions to update your W-4:
- UKG > Pay > Income Tax > select Add/Change Withholding Form (W-4) to the right of the page.
- If you are using the UKG Mobile App, click on the 'Menu' button in the lower right corner. Select Pay > Taxes.
- Under Withholding Forms, click 'View All.' In the upper right hand corner, click on the three dots. It will give the option to update federal and/or state forms.
- If you have trouble with the portal submission process, please download and complete the 2025 W-4 and submit it directly to [email protected].
