Pay information & resources
Find everything you need to manage and understand your pay.
- Sign in to UKG
- Myself > Pay > Pay History > select pay date
- Sign in to UKG
- Myself > Pay > U.S. Wage and Tax Statements > select tax year
For 2023 and prior: Access your Form W-2 through Dayforce at myrecords.dayforce.com. Click here for instructions.
- Form W-4 (Federal & State)
You can update your W-4 in UKG. You can access it in one of two ways:- From a computer:
- Myself > Pay > Income Tax
- Select Add/Change Withholding Form (W-4) under Things I Can Do
- From the UKG Mobile app:
- Tap on the Menu icon
- Select Pay > Taxes
- Tap View All under Withholding Forms, then tap Update
- From a computer:
- If you have trouble with the portal submission process, please download and complete the 2026 W-4 and submit it directly to [email protected].
Paid time off (PTO)
PTO Visibility Enhancements
We've introduced new PTO visibility features in UKG to help you better understand and track your available time off.
You can now view your annual PTO amount directly from the new My PTO tile in UKG desktop — available in both the standard WFM view and the new UKG experience — as well as in the UKG mobile app.
This enhanced view includes your PTO tier and projected annual PTO amount, helping you better understand how much PTO you have the potential to earn throughout the year.
