Full-time employees, working 30+ hours per week may be eligible for 4 weeks of company-paid leave at 100% of base pay after 90 days of employment.

Important information:

• Bonding Leave must be used within 12 months of birth, adoption, or foster placement.
• Bonding leave must be taken in minimum 2-week increments.
• Foster parent leave is limited to the shorter of 4 weeks or the time the child resides with the foster parent.
• Foster parent bonding leave has a lifetime maximum of 12 weeks of paid leave.
• An eligible family member generally includes a spouse, child, or parent unless state law provides additional protections.
• Care for a family member applies to conditions that qualify as a serious health condition under FMLA.
• Intermittent time to care for a qualifying family member's serious health condition may be taken in increments of 15-minutes or more.
• Additional unpaid (or available PTO-paid) bonding leave may be available under FMLA.
