ADA Accommodation requests

We partner with Voya to manage accommodation requests.  This ensures a streamlined process for employees who need support related to a disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious observance.

You are eligible for ADA protections during the hiring process as well as from the first day of employment with no minimum hours or months of service requirements. 

 

Who Can Request an Accommodation?

You may request an accommodation if you:

  • Have a disability or medical condition that affects your job or access to the workplace.
  • Need a pregnancy-related or postpartum accommodation.
  • Need a religious accommodation for sincerely held religious beliefs, practices, or observances.
  • Need temporary workplace adjustments (e.g., ergonomic setup, assistive technology, schedule changes).
