Need to take a short-term disability leave?
Short-Term Disability (STD) benefits provide income replacement if you're unable to work due to a qualifying illness, injury, or pregnancy.

Benefits-eligible employees are eligible for STD benefits after completing 90 days of employment. There is no elimination period, so once a disability claim is approved, benefits are payable immediately. STD benefits are provided through salary continuation and may be available for up to 26 weeks, depending on your disability and plan provisions. 

Benefit payments will continue to be processed through payroll, with applicable taxes and benefit deductions, including 401(k) contributions, withheld as they would be during active employment.
