TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM

Our Tuition Reimbursement Program supports continued learning and career development.  Full-time employees with at least 12 months of service are eligible to apply.  Prior approval is required before enrolling in classes.  You must be in good standing, and courses must directly relate to your current role or future career path with Arcwood.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION BONUS PROGRAM

Achievement of a degree, certification, or registration in your specialty and/or related to your job is recognized by a one-time bonus.  Full-time employees with at least one (1) year of continuous employment are eligible to apply.  Written approval must be obtained before attending a university course, seminars, or workshops to obtain such training.  Written approval from your senior manager must also accompany the request.
