don't forget! Complete your beneficiary information
401(k) Plan
- Within 10 business days of your date of hire, you'll receive a welcome letter and email from Empower Retirement, our 401(k) plan administrator, asking you to register your account and designate your beneficiaries. When you receive it, please take 10 minutes to complete these important tasks.
- Complete the account registration
- Click Account at the top of the page
- Click Arcwood Environmental Retirement Savings Plan and Overview
- On the right-hand side of the screen, click View/Update Beneficiary Information
Health Savings Account (HSA)
- If you enroll in our health plan and agree to open an Optum Bank Health Savings Account, you can update your beneficiary information in your second month of employment by logging into the Empower Retirement site and following these steps:
- Click Empower HSA, Overview, and Visit website in the Account Overview box
- Continue to the HSA portal and click the Manage Beneficiaries box
