You’ve made a fantastic decision to join Arcwood Environmental! As a new employee, you have a few important benefits stops to complete. Take some time to learn about your benefits, make your benefit elections, enroll in the 401(k) plan, and register for your HSA if applicable. Use the resources below to help you make informed decisions and get the most from your benefits.

01 - Enroll in Your Benefits
Make your benefit elections
Review your options and enroll in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and other available benefits.
⏰ Important: You have 30 days from your date of hire to complete your enrollment.
02 - Enroll in the 401(k) Plan
Start saving for retirement
Your 401(k) enrollment is separate from your benefit elections. Make your contribution election and review your investment options.
03 - Register for Your HSA
Set up your Health Savings Account
If you enroll in an HSA-eligible medical plan, you'll need to register for your HSA account to access and manage your account.
04 - Designate Your Beneficiary
Confirm your Beneficiary
Designate beneficiaries for your 401(k) and HSA and review your beneficiary information periodically.

Make your benefit elections through UKG under Benefits → Manage My Benefits → Get Started.

Remember: You have 30 days from your date of hire to complete your new hire enrollment. If you don't enroll within this window, you may have to wait until the next Open Enrollment period unless you experience a qualifying life event.

What Happens Next?
Your Coverage
Your benefit elections will become effective the first day of the month following your hire date.
ID Cards
Watch for your medical, dental, and other applicable ID cards once your coverage is active.
Benefits Portal (PlanSource)
Return to PlanSource anytime to review your elections and benefit information. It can be accessed through UKG by going to Benefits → Manage My Benefits → Update My Benefits. Or you can visit benefits.plansource.com.
